Personal time

Still in Minnesota with K. Taking some personal time. But I DO want to say how excited I am for POPULAR's upcoming release!! It's almost 2 weeks away! Eeek!

Going to walk to the Barnes & Noble this week and sign stock copies. I'll let you know when they're signed in case you want to snag one. :)

The POPULAR countdown begins!

Hi, Team Canterwood!

Happy Monday to you all. If you celebrated it, I hope your Easter weekend was fun! Anyone get amazing candy? I want to hear about it! What's your fave kind?

Kate and I are at a hotel in Rochester, MN (for Mayo) and the hotel was sweet enough to give us Easter eggs with jelly beans inside. Yum!

My fave candies are: Strawberry Twizzlers, malted milk chocolate eggs, Junior Mints, Snickers, Sour Patch Kids, and...ooops, LOL, went off on a candy tangent!

Kate and I have been away from home for more than a month. It's been extremely hard on her, but she's doing everything she can at doctor appointments. Please keep her in your thoughts. 

I'm going to sign books (stock signing--not a set signing with time and date) at the Rochester, MN Barnes & Noble downtown and at the Apache Mall. Hope to do that soon!

Also, I can't believe we're *20* days away from the release of POPULAR!!! Eeeek! Knowing book stores, I bet it'll be closer to 10 or 12 days. :)

How is everyone?

Hi, guys!

Writing from Rochester, Minnesota while Kate and I are still at the Mayo Clinic. Not sure when we'll be heading back to the BK soon, but we miss home!

And the kitties.

And our neighborhood.

And R.

And the apartment.

And the sweet guys at the bodega.

And Mike, our UPS guy.

And a zillion things you don't think you'll miss when you're gone, but you do!

(Like, K's a Mac person and she brought her Mac. I didn't bring my PC. I'm going through PC withdrawal!)

We're in our hotel room or at the hospital 99% of the time, but we did get to the local Target for some fun PJ shopping and groceries (our room has a microwave and mini-fridge) and also to the local mall for a little bit.

So, tell me what you're up to! How long have you ever been away from home? What did you miss the most?

Off to Mayo tomorrow

Kate and I will be leaving for Mayo tomorrow. *waves to Rochester, MN people* Not sure when we'll be back, but I'll let Team Canterwood know when we're home.

SQUEEEE!! That's right!! If you have an iTunes player, click on "store," "books," and "children and teens." At the top, there are banners running and along with Melissa Marr and The Lying Game (!) is a Canterwood banner! The e-books are available for a limited time price of $2.99. Just seeing them on iTunes is The. Coolest. Thing. Ever.

Apparently, Sony and the Nook will be running a similar promotion. So thrilled!
