I've got a new agent!

I'm incredibly excited to announce that after three years, I've signed with a new agent! I'd taken a break from the agent world and had been so busy writing Canterwood that I hadn't started searching until recently.

I'm so lucky and grateful to have been signed by the AWESOME Rubin Pfeffer of East West Literary Agency. This recommendation is all thanks to my bestie, Kate Angelella, who personally knows Rubin and thought we'd be a good match. As always, (don't tell her I said that!!) it appears K was right. :)

Happy, happy holidays!

Okay...so I was hoping to get some answers for my questions. First off, Wellington Prep was scheduled to come out pretty close to a year ago, but it never did, why? I also know Kate has a disease and was wondering how she's coming along. Sorry if I'm a bother but I have L-O-T-S more questions for you! Do you think that if someone has not had any experience riding-slash-showing, can they still do a pretty good job describing it? Or does it help only to have had some experience? Should I put some life experiences into my book, or just go off over things, and do you think it helps describing a situation if you've lived through it? I was also wondering how you got the ideas-slash-names for the boarding schools and characters (def including horses!). And also with chapters and book names, did you come up with (either one) them before you wrote the books, after, or during? Thank you so much!
P.S. You've inspired me to write!
